I believe that true leadership begins within. In my own journey of running projects, teams and my own company in various spheres and industries, I have learned it the hard way - or maybe I just like taking the rocky road sometimes. Getting to the point where nothing aligns anymore, you lose your authenticity, are overwhelmed, stressed out and don’t know why you’re doing what you’re doing. And nothing on the outside can fix “it” anymore. At this point I dedicated myself to my own personal transformation, to realign myself and with that create impact in my surroundings. It’s kinda like taking the blue or the red pill.. if you’re into the Matrix. I took the red one. And I didn’t regret it.
With that I have decided to merge the two worlds that have become very dear to me: personal transformation / mental health and the implementation and execution of strategies. Because I believe the one doesn’t work without the other. Leading has to come from a place within, in order to create true, authentic momentum that can move mountains.
That’s the space I’d like to guide you to. The land inside, that everyone can discover for themselves. It’s a very unique and beautiful place.

About me & my journey
What intrigues me most about my work is making things tangible, bringing products to life or making sure a strategy isn’t just printed on a piece of paper, but actually gets implemented and thoroughly executed. The key of doing any of the above successfully and sustainably, is by being connected to your truth, your purpose, and moving, leading from there.
And that can be challenging! I realized that, when running my first company and shutting it down four years later. People have limiting beliefs, are set under pressure and stress or are simply not in peace with themselves. Me included. And companies on the other hand are complex systems, embedded with culture, values and dynamics - sometimes a pretty dense jungle. At least from my experience.
Working myself out of that jungle, gaining clarity in my purpose, was the best gift I gave myself. Today I want to use my own experience from my self-discovery journey pared with my expertise of over 13 years as a strategy consultant, digital product expert in the corporate, startup and entrepreneurial world as well as being a certified systemic and integral coach, to guide you through your unique journey.
